Shipping Responsibility
229.co is responsible for your order only while it is in our possession. Once your package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
229.co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Protection (Route)
For added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If Route Shipping Protection is purchased and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you must file a claim directly with Route using the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting:

If shipping protection is not selected, the customer assumes full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In these cases, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. 229.co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
